Commercial photography is women’s work

Women’s Work is a collective of Aotearoa’s female and non-binary photographers who are striving for better representation, to level the playing field and give everyone a more equal shot at commercial work.

As an art director for 20 years, I was mortified by the fact that I hadn’t worked with a single female photographer, so have been collaborating with Women’s Work for several years to try and help get these talented women the exposure the deserve.
